At Attuned Mind Therapy, I help people reconnect—with themselves, with others, and with life. When disconnection leads to feeling fragmented or alone, therapy can be a place to to strengthen connection, foster resilience, and restore a sense of wholeness.
Attunement is at the heart of my practice. To be attuned is to be deeply seen, heard, and met where you are. It is the process of reconnecting with yourself and others in a way that fosters safety, balance, and authenticity. In working together, I provide a space to slow down, reflect, and cultivate greater awareness. Together, we explore the places where disconnection has taken hold and gently move toward greater alignment, resilience, and connection—so that you can live with more wholeness and ease.
I am a licensed psychotherapist in private practice with over 7 years of experience. My background is in working with adult survivors of trauma, LGBTQ+ folks, and individuals struggling with substance use disorders. I am also experienced in working with those experiencing unresolved emotional wounds from childhood, depression, anxiety, difficulty with significant life transitions, sexual and intimacy issues, and relationship conflict. I am also a sex-positive, open, kink aware, and consensual non-monogamy (poly/swinger/etc.) friendly therapist.
I believe in therapy as a collaborative process—together, we create space for honest reflection, compassionate understanding, and meaningful change. By exploring your responses to life’s challenges, we uncover your internal resources and strengths, fostering empowerment and self-awareness. This process not only supports healing but can bring a sense of relief, clarity, and a renewed capacity to move toward your fullest potential.
I am available for both remote and in-person sessions with individuals and couples. I utilize supportive, trauma-informed, integrative evidence-based practices such as:
